Fantastic news - the play area at Well Plot Playing Fields has reopened this afternoon following the installation of the grass guard tiles.

Proposed Highway Works – Stoney Head, Loders to New Road, Loders
To enable Dorset Highways to carry our essential highway maintenance works, they plan to close Stoney Head, Loders to New Road, Loders on 5th June 2026.

Wessex Internet Village Meeting
Wessex Internet is bringing full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses in the parish later this year and they will be holding a meeting at Loders Village Hall in late April.

Well Plot Play Area Closed
The new play equipment has been installed and is looking fantastic but due to the heavy rain, the play area has had to be closed until further notice to enable the ground to recover.

Fantastic news for the start of the New Year, the roadworks at Waddon Way, Loders are now complete and the road reopened this afternoon.
